Material Safety Data Sheets are required by OSHA's Hazard Communication Law
for products which are hazardous.  To the best of our knowledge, this product
is not considered hazardous as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication
Standard.  However, Singerman Laboratories provides this MSDS to help our
customers exercise prudent care when handling this product.

5.HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION.

First Aid

Eyes: Considered an irritant characteristic of mild organic acids.  In case of
eye contact, immediately flush eyes with lots of running water for 15 minutes.
Seek medical attention immediately.

Skin: Mild irritant.  Immediately wash skin with soap and water.  Remove
contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

Inhalation: Not applicable.

Ingestion: Treatment normally not required.  Material generally recognized as
safe.

Dermal:                  Rabbit, 500 Mg/24 Hr = moderate irritation

Material should be picked up mechanically and placed in drums or other
appropriate containers. Flush area with water to remove final traces.  Wear
rubberized protective equipment and eye goggles.

Dispose of in approved landfill or neutralize and flush to drain.  All
disposal must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
This product, if disposed of, is not considered a hazardous waste under
current RCRA regulations.

SARA requires submission of annual reports of release of toxic chemicals that
appear in 40CFR372.  This information must be included in all MSDSs that are
copied and distributed for this material.  Components present in this product
at a level which could require reporting under the statute are:   None

13. WELDING PRECAUTION.

When ferrous metals are derusted with this product prior to welding, remove
all traces of the derusting agent from the metal by thoroughly rinsing or
scrubbing it away with water.  This will avoid any possibility that harmful
fumes from the rust remover might be generated by the intense heat of welding.

Be sure that both the product label and this MSDS are read by the welder.
Wear correct eye, ear and body protection.  Follow your employer's safety
practices.
